Return Policy
1.) Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstance.
2.) Order Was Damaged During Delivery.
If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damage, your email address used to place the order and order number
within 72 hours of receiving it to Support@probook.org If 72 hours has passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order.
3.) Order Was Not Delivered
If your order was not delivered for any reason, you will receive an email from our customer service team on how to fix the issue. If you do not respond within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus any relevant shipping fees. Once an item has been marked as Not delivered by the post office, An email will be sent out to you on how to further Proceed with the situation.
